Annual reports
The Rail Market Regulatory Agency is an autonomous and independent public entity established with the aim of ensuring transparent and non-discriminatory performance of rail transport activities as well as open and non-discriminatory conduct between infrastructure managers and rail operators. It is obliged to submit annual reports to the Parliament of the Republic of Croatia providing information on the Agency’s overall status and financial performance as well as specific issues within its competence such as the analysis of rail market competition, estimation of the independence of infrastructure managers, estimation of the quality of rail services provided by rail operators, etc.
