Therefore, this kind of communication is established to provide information on procedures, actions and decisions made by the Agency. This website contains general information about the Agency (address information, information about the Agency's activity and competence, staff and organizational scheme) and the legal framework regulating the Agency's activity. Furthermore, it provides access to appeal cases and decisions made by the Agency during control and regulation procedures.
